We specialize in teaching the traditional Korean martial art of Ho Kuk Mu Sul, with a particular focus on techniques for confronting multiple attackers.

Our Martial Arts program delivers a comprehensive workout that effectively burns fat and calories while simultaneously reducing stress levels, enhancing flexibility, and boosting energy levels. The positive mindset fostered through martial arts training will manifest itself in various aspects of your life.

In addition to Ho Kuk Mu Sul, our programs incorporate elements of Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and include some weapons training.

Regular classes for children and adults are Monday through Thursday, 4 to 5 pm and 5 to 6 pm, Fridays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am.
