Enrolling is Easy
Classes are ongoing with continuous enrollment. Consult the schedule to see times.
Step One - contact us.
We like to know when you are coming so that we can properly greet you and make sure all your questions are answered. You may speak with us during any of the open hours, or leave a number and we will call you back. The studio phone is (831) 459-8901. You may also contact us via email.

Step Two - try a class for free.
We believe that you will enjoy your workout, and since it's free you have nothing to lose. Come in clean workout clothes, gym shoes are optional for cardio classes. Please see the class schedule for times.
Step Three - sign up
You can sign up at the studio before or after class. Just talk with any of the instructors. If you need a little time to think about it, that's okay too. We have monthly agreements and yearly agreements, so we should be able to come up with something to fit your needs.
