Kids Martial Arts

All of our children's classes are taught in a safe environment of mutual respect and will give your child the skills they need to be a champion in the ring, and in life. Martial Arts gives young children a place to work on their confidence, coordination, focus,patience and teaches them to challenge themselves and never give up.

We offer Little Dragons for 4-6 year olds, and Children's Classes for 4-6 year olds

The curriculum for the children is very similar to the regular adult classes, but some of the more dangerous moves (like chokes, weapons, etc.) are NOT taught. Instead, we teach our younger students ways to escape from a variety of different attacks without causing much damage, light sparring and Judo, and concentrate more on student skills like self control, patience, perseverance and responsibility for one’s actions.

In addition to your child learning the world's best martial art, they will also learn a new character development skill each month. We cover subjects like honesty, being polite, making good choices, and being helpful, plus give your child the self confidence to apply these lessons in everyday life. Children learn commitment and goal setting when they sign the Children's Agreement with their parents.
