Heather Reed, Cardio Program Director
Heather is a fitness enthusiast with a history of achievements. Some of which include: running half marathons, achieving a Black belt candidate and the rank of assistant instructor in Ho Kuk Mu Sul, as well as instructing very popular cardio kickboxing classes.
Achievement of Personal Goals, not competition, is the focus of her classes. They encourage challenging yourself to be the best you can be that day. "It is as enjoyable for me to help someone achieve a basic level of fitness, as it is to coach someone with athletic prowess."
No matter where you are in your physical fitness, there is something for you in her classes.
"I get so much from physical fitness, as an instructor I am excited to share that in my class. I truly enjoy being a catalyst in the lives of others, helping them on their path of physical fitness."
