Kids self-defense, defeat the bully without fighting
This class is open to boys and girls age 5-12 years, or can be taken as a private lesson. Everybody agrees that kids shouldn't fight, but rarely are kids taught specific techniques to successfully avoid violent confrontations. We teach ways to 'defeat' a bully without fighting, including assertiveness training, using verbal boundaries, and ways to recognize and get out of potentially bad situations. Once this foundation is established through discussion and role playing, the student will learn some practical physical self defense techniques. Family discounts and private or group lessons available.
