      Lairds Fitness Programs

      Lairds Fitness Programs are designed to give you a great work-out.  Both the Cardio Kickboxing and Power Fitness programs build strength and self-confidence with dynamic workouts. The cardio classes are for all abilities, and are taught in a safe and supportive environment.

      Cardio Kickboxing focuses on burning calories with an intense work-out. The class features fitness routines and martial arts kicks and punches with heavy bags. Read more about the cardio kickboxing class.
