Cardio Kick Challenge
provides both strength and self-confidence in a dynamic cardiovascular workout that you will love. It burns calories, firms you up, builds endurance, coordination and power.

The Challenge is not about competition with the class, rather the challenge is within you. This class addresses all levels so you can work at your edge, plus the classes are kept small ensuring personalized attention.

Zumba
Zumba is a cardio class combining the pulsating Latin rhythms of salsa, samba and merengue music put to red-hot international dance steps. The result is a great cardio workout dance party. It's so much fun you won't even know it is a workout!
Zumba is taught by our new instructor Kirsten Cohen Tuesdays at 6pm.

Strengthening and Sculpting
Studies are showing that strength training is a key aspect to fitness and health. Strengthening increases bone mineral density, raises your metabolism and reduces body fat. That's right, just 90 minutes a week can make a big difference in losing weight and becoming healthier.
