Lairds Cardio Programs

Lairds Fitness Programs

Lairds Fitness Programs are designed to give you a great work-out. Both the Cardio Kickboxing and Power Fitness programs build strength and self-confidence with dynamic workouts. The cardio classes are for all abilities, and are taught in a safe and supportive environment.

Cardio Kickboxing

provides both strength and self-confidence in a dynamic cardiovascular workout. It burns calories, firms you up, builds endurance, coordination and power. The class features fitness routines, heavy bag works outs, martial art style drills and punching and kicking drills that emphasize technique.
